Whuffle

I whuffle here,
I whuffle there,
I tend to whuffle everywhere,
My times my own,
And joints can rust,
So whuffle on the trail I must.

It’s not a walk,
It’s not a crawl,
But still I always have a ball,
Stay focused on,
The task at hand,
And whuffle on this ancient land.

I whuffle south,
I whuffle north,
The wonders of the trail bring forth,
A smile so grand,
My heart explodes,
It sure beats whuff-ling on the roads.

And when time comes,
For outward bliss,
Where leeches feed on tender kiss,
I head on back,
From whence I came,
And whuffle cause it keeps me sane.

I whuffle here,
I whuffle there,
I tend to whuffle everywhere,
For time stands still,
But freedom rings,
To whuffle for the joy it brings.
